Welcome to AI Launchpad (the “Platform”), located at ailaunchpad.my. This Platform is owned and operated by ADE Marketing Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through ailaunchpad.my. Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Platform.

AI Launchpad is a platform dedicated to showcasing and connecting the Malaysian Artificial Intelligence (AI) ecosystem. Our services include, but are not limited to:
A public directory of Malaysian AI companies, products, and services (“Directory”).
Profiles of companies and specialists within the AI industry (“Member Profiles”).
A blog, articles, and other resources related to the AI industry (“Content”).
Opportunities for members to connect with potential partners, clients, and investors.
We act as a neutral venue. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction between users of the Platform. We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the claims, quality, or legality of any service, product, or information posted by our members.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Creation: To become a member and create a profile, you may be required to register and provide certain information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accuracy of Information: As a member, you are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of your profile and any other information you post on the Platform.
3. User-Generated Content
Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display on the Platform, including text, logos, images, and videos (“User Content”).
License to Us: By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, host, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. This allows us, for example, to feature your company profile on our homepage or in promotional materials.
Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant us this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights) or any applicable laws.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Post any information that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or hateful.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Distribute spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or chain letters.
Upload any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

Our name, “AI Launchpad,” our logo, and all related names and logos are our trademarks. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers of Warranties
Your use of the Platform, its content, and any services obtained through the Platform is at your own risk. The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
The information provided by members in the Directory is accurate, complete, reliable, or current.
The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses.
Any interactions or transactions you have with other users through the Platform will meet your expectations or be free from disputes.
7. Limitation of Liability

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
11. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
