Welcome to the AI Launchpad community! Adding your listing is a straightforward process that gives your product visibility within our ecosystem.
This guide will walk you through every step, from creating an account to publishing your listing.
Step 1: Start the Submission Process
- Navigate to the ailaunchpad.my homepage.
- Click the purple “Join the Community” button (or “Submit Your Listing”).
Step 2: Create Your Account
Before you can add a listing, you’ll need a free AI Launchpad account.
- Select Your Plan: On the “Add or Claim Your AI Listing” page, select the “Free Plan” and click “Pick plan”.
- Sign Up: You will be taken to the “Create an account” page.
- Fill in your desired Username, Email address, and a secure Password.
- Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Click the “Sign up” button.
- Confirm Your Email: Check your email inbox for a confirmation code.
- Enter the code you received into the “Confirmation code” field.
- Click “Submit”.
Step 3: Complete Your AI Solution Profile
After confirming your email, you will be directed to the “Submit your AI Solution” form. This form is organized into several sections. Please fill in the details as completely as possible to get the most out of your listing.
A. General Details
This section covers the high-level information about your product.
- Solution Name: The official name of your product (e.g., “Demo Solution”).
- Tagline: A short, catchy description (e.g., “A Smart AI Chatbot for Marketing”).
- Solution Type: Select the category that best fits your product (e.g., “Software / Platform (SaaS)”).
- Company Name: Your registered company name.
- Company Stage: Select the current stage of your company (e.g., “Startup”).
- Accreditations & Programs: (Optional) List any recognitions or programs you are part of.
B. Solution Details
Describe what your solution does and who it’s for.
- Description: A detailed overview of your solution, its features, and its benefits.
- Key Features: Add 2-3 (or more) of your product’s most important features.
- Technology Core: Select the primary AI technology used (e.g., “Generative AI”).
- Industry Focus: Choose the main industry you serve (e.g., “Cross-Industry / General Business”).
- Pricing Model: Select your pricing structure (e.g., “Freemium”).
C. Media & Showcase
Upload your branding and product visuals.
- Logo: Your official product or company logo.
- Cover Image: A high-quality banner image for your listing page.
- Gallery: Upload screenshots of your product in action or other promotional images.
- Video Demo URL: (Optional) Paste a link to a YouTube, Vimeo, or other video demo.
D. Contact & Socials
Provide ways for interested users to connect with you.
- Website: Your primary product or company website URL.
- Email: A public contact email address.
- Phone number: (Optional) A public contact phone number.
- Location: (Optional) Your physical office address.
- Social Links: (Optional) Add links to your company’s social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
E. Credibility & Success
Build trust by sharing your accomplishments.
- Case Studies: Use the text editor to share customer success stories or detailed use cases.
- Year Founded: (Optional) The year your company was founded.
- Team Size: (Optional) Select your current team size.
Step 4: Publish Your Listing
- After completing the final section, click the purple “Publish” button.
- You will see a success message: “Your post has been published.”
Step 5: View and Manage Your New Listing
Congratulations! Your AI solution is now listed on AI Launchpad.
- View Your Listing: From the success screen, you can click “View” to see your live listing page and how it appears to the public. This is the complete profile page that showcases all the information you just entered.
- Manage Your Listings: You can edit or manage this listing at any time by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner and navigating to the “Listings” tab in your dashboard. This page will show all the listings you own or have claimed.
